Radio Forecast Network Affiliate Agreement

Radio Forecast Network will provide your station with a "recorded live" customized weather forecast designed to fit your format and audience.
All forecasts are cut with opens and closes that you provide to the length you specify. We upload your station's weather to a personalized web weather-page within our website at www.RadioForecastNetwork.com. You simply access your weather-page and download the studio-quality mp3 file. Your automation system can automatically download these files directly from our website. Through a partnership agreement with Digital Jukebox, audio-downloader software is available at a special cash price of $30.00. (Payable to Digital Jukebox) Visit DigitalJukebox.com to download a trial version.
Radio Forecast Network will provide three separate forecast updates per day, Monday-Sunday. Four forecasts are provided for 24-hour stations covering the morning, afternoon, evening and overnight dayparts. If additional updates are needed to cover changing weather conditions, they're included at no additional charge.
Your radio station may specify any length up to (45) forty-five seconds. Please specify if network or automation requires an exact length, i.e., 29.5 seconds, 30 seconds, etc. If jingle will be added at the station level, your radio station is asked to provide available length of "donut" for actual forecast voiceover. Otherwise, Radio Forecast Network reserves the right to deliver cut from 28 to 32 seconds. RFN agrees to deliver forecasts "dry". Music beds or "jingles" inserted at the RFN announcer level will be negotiated at higher rate. (Barter)
